Set in an idyllic mountain landscape, our hotel is a little oasis for guests who are looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
There is a familiar atmosphere in the Genießerwirtshaus & Hotel Alpin. You find it in a wonderful position and only a few metres from the Achensee-lake. As it is close to the lake there are a number of activities to be enjoyed throughout the summer months, such as water-sports, hiking, biking and Nordic walking. In the winter you can enjoy skiing and other winter sports.
Inside the hotel you will find warm and comfortably furnished rooms. You can enjoy food and drink in the hotel’s traditionally furnished restaurant and bar. You can also spend time relaxing in the hotel’s garden or on the terrace. The hotel also has a beauty parlour, fitness centre and massages are available. There is also a tennis court and children’s play area.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.50 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person.

Ski and board experience:
The extensive hillsides, magnificent slopes and ski school area make the Achensee region the ideal place for a family skiing holiday. There are 45 km of ski pistes, 150 km of cross-country trails, 5 toboggan runs, winter footpath trails, snow tubing facility and much more.
Travel information :
By Car:
- Continue over the motorway until the exit Wiesing-Achensee.
- Then continue over the federal-highway B 181 to the Achensee (22 km) or over the Tegernseetal coming from Munich until the exit Holzkirchen.
- From there over the Tegersee and Achenpass (941 metres) to the border for Austria.
