Alpengasthof Hotel Anlager provides guests with attentive service and delicious cuisine. Unwind, when it is cold, in the winter garden or soak up the sun on the terrace. All rooms feature a balcony, making it easy to take pleasure in the fantastic panorama or the sunset. A small wellness area and fitness room can be used at no extra cost.
In addition to a sauna, steam bath and indoor pool, guests can also make use of a bowling alley. This can also be turned into a shooting range for special air-soft guns upon request. The hotel also offers the possibilities to rent bikes. Relax, after a day exploring the region, in the comfort of your room or treat yourself to a drink from the bar.

Currently the hotel does not offer any meals. There is a beautiful restaurant owned by the same family about 3 kilometres away (free shuttle service on request).

Excursions are available for guests interested in nature and culture. Travel via a cable car to the ice caves and visit the Koppenprüllerhöhle. Numerous museums, salt mines and archaeological excavations also will prove an unforgettable experience. Hiking and trekking enthusiasts can explore the Salzkammergut’s unique landscape first-hand and discover numerous pre-historic findings.

By car:
- Coming from Munich/Germany, follow the A1 motorway in the direction of
Vienna.
- Exit the motorway at exit Mondsee and turn right onto the B154, direction
of St. Gilgen/Wolfgangsee.
- At the roundabout in St. Gilgen take the third exit, direction of Bad-Ischl
(B158), until you reach the B145 in the direction of Bad Goisern/Graz.
- Follow the Bundesstrasse for approximately 7 km, past the village of
Laufen.
- After passing the Bad Goisern place sign, continue for approximately 300
metres uphill.
- Atop you will see Hotel Anlanger on your right-hand-side.
- Coming from the North, follow the A1 motorway until exit Regau.
- Exit the motorway and turn left onto the B145 in the direction of
Gmunden/Bad Ischl.
- Continue past Lake Traun, Lake Eben, Bad-Ischl and Laufen until you
reach the Bad Goisern place sign.
- Continue for approximately 300 metres uphill.
- Atop you will see Hotel Anlanger on your right-hand-side.
- Coming from the South, turn onto the B145 in Trautenfels (direction of
Bad-Aussee/Bad-Ischl).
- Continue past Tauplitz, Bad-Mitterndorf, Bad-Aussee and up the Pötschen
Pass.
- Continue downhill in the direction of Bad-Goisern.
- Continue to pass Bad-Goisern to the east until you pass the Bad-Goisern
place sign on the B145.
- Pass the OMV-petrol station on the right and turn, after approximately 100
metres, left.
- Continue until you reach the hotel.
By public transport:
- Take a train from or to Attnang-Puchheim or Stainach-Irding.
- The hotel is located between the Bad-Goisern and Bad-Goisern
