This small and personal apartment hotel in the centre of the famous spa of Bad Gastein is located directly on the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade and is an ideal starting point for many hiking tours.
Standing out for its cosy flair and friendly staff, the quiet hotel is only a few minutes from Gastein’s radon galleries and the Felsenbad spa. The south-facing rooms look out at Gastein’s golf course. The hotel is especially suited for families.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

A.) By car from north:
From Salzburg take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit, and continue via St. Johann to Bad Gastein.
B.) By car from south:
From Villach take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit, and continue via St. Johann to Bad Gastein.
C.) Alternative toll-free-route from north:
Take the Munich to Salzburg motorway. Leave the motorway at Siegsdorf and continue via Inzell, Lofer, Saalfelden and Zell am See to Bad Gastein.
D.) Alternative toll-free-route from south:
From Villach take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Lienz exit, and continue via Kolbnitz, Mallnitz with the motorail train (every hour till 10 p.m.) to Bad Gastein
