Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 95 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

- Coming via motorway A1 take exit Thalgau and at the next roundabout take
a right.
- After 1 km take a left in the direction of Ebenau/Hallein.
- After approximately 5 km you can see the hotel from the street.
By Public Transport:
- From Hauptbahnhof Salzburg (main station) take a Postbus in the direction
of Ebenau/Hof/Fuschl/St. Gilgen and exit at stop Eggerwirt.
- From stop Eggerwirt take a bus in the direction of Ebenau.
- Bus stop Felberthal is located right in front of the hotel.
By Plane:
- From the airport take public transportation or a taxi to main station
Salzburg.
- At the main station take a postbus in the direction of Ebenau/H
Hof/Fuschl/St. Gilgen and exit at stop Eggerwirt.
- From stop Eggerwirt take a bus in the direction of Ebenau.
- Bus stop Felberthal is located right in front of the hotel.
Please note that the hotel provides a shuttle service directly from Salzburg main station to/from the hotel. Please inform the hotel in advance.
