Our children’s playroom, the snooker room, the ping pong room, the TV and video room, the large garden with its biotope and our cosy hotel bar provide fun and entertainment. In winter our ski bus takes you to the slopes and ski schools free of charge. Our hotel is ideal for every family holiday in winter as well as in summer.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night for cots.
All children from 0 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Food & beverage :
Our restaurant offers a variety of Austrian and international dishes. The half-board arrangement consists of a rich breakfast buffet and a 4-course menu in winter resp. a 3-course menu in summer, with a choice of 2 main dishes. In addition, we offer a wide range of à la carte dishes. Several times a week we serve a salad buffet, and once a week a speciality buffet is offered.
Area information :
Filzmoos, the well-known ski resort in the Skiwelt Amadé ski region, is not only a paradise for skiers, but is also ideal for cross-country skiing and ski hiking. Here you will find many lifts and cable cars, great downhill runs for every taste and degree of difficulty, ski schools and facilities for sledging and curling.
In summer Filzmoos is a starting point for many hikes and mountain tours (Bischofsmütze and Dachstein area). Carriage rides to the Hofalmen (mountain pastures), miniature golf, tennis, cycling, mountain biking and pony rides are available as well.
