Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Travel information :
Coming from Graz:
- Take the A2 in the direction of Vienna.
- Then take the gateway Ilz/Fürstenfeld and drive in the direction of Heiligenkreuz/Hungary.
- In Heiligenkreuz drive in the direction of Güssing.
- In Güssing go straight until the roundabout, go straight until you see the traffic lights and then turn left into the Schulstraße.
- The hotel is on your right hand side before the bridge
Coming from Vienna:
- Take the A2 in the direction of Graz.
- Then at the gateway Oberwart/Lafnitztal, go in the direction of Güssing.
- In Güssing go straight until the traffic lights, turn right into the Schulstraße.
