Welcome! We are a traditional family-operated hotel on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee. Spectacular panoramic views of the lake, the mountains, the marvelous town of Gmunden and Castle Orth await you along with excellent cuisine featuring regional lamb, venison, organic and fish specialties. Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.
