Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Our new Restaurant "Der Steirer", opened in October 2007, is the culinary highlight of the city. It offers a cosmopolitan and varied cuisine with traditional Austrian dishes and a careful selection of wines. The setting is one of the most beautiful rooms in the building. In order to guarantee your enjoyment of a dinner in such surroundings, reservation is required. The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 24:00.
Our café, a typical Vienna coffee house, offers a variety of extras including an assortment of national and international newspapers and magazines, a choice of coffee and a complementing assortment of delicious cakes, pastries, and desserts from the buffet. Services are available Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00.
