Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 14 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Food & beverage :
Enjoy the rich breakfast from 8:00 am on with fresh cow's milk, a delicous dinner (half board) with large salad buffet, a choice of two soups, a meat dish as main course with side dish, a vegetarian option, a dessert and cheeses.
For your kids we also serve their favourites such as spaghetti, pizza and sausages. Free juice for children throughout the day!
Area information :
We are located next to a ski slope! The 45 kilometers of slopes at an altitude from 600 to 2000 m are facing south, the main run from the top to the base station being 7 km long. Thanks to our location on the north side of the Alps we are truly spoilt by snow.
In summer the area is a paradise for hikers and historic towns such as Linz, Wels and Steyr are waiting to be expored by you.
Travel information :
The area is easily accessible:
- Motorway A9 (Pyhrnautobahn)
- Exit at St. Pankraz/Hinterstoder and go on for just 12,2 km until you reach Berghof Sturmgut.
In the village:
- Take the first left after the church (big yellow sign)
- go uphill for 1,7 km until the end of the road; 7-14 % slope
