Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to three children under 18 years are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 16.75 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Enjoy the many hiking trails on and around Mont Sainte Anne, the mountain bike Mecca of eastern Canada. The area offers many biking trails including the route de la Nouvelle France to Quebec City and the nature reserve of Cap Tourmante near Charlevoix.

Driving directions-
From Old Quebec:
- Take the Dufferin-Montmorency Highway (440) towards Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.
- The 440 eventually becomes the 138.
- Continue to Beaupré, then take the 360 to Château Mont-Sainte-Anne.
From Montreal or the Quebec or Pierre-Laporte Bridges:
- You will arrive on either Highway 20 or 40.
- Take Highway Henri IV North and continue along Highway 40 East (also called Autoroute de la Capitale) towards Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.
- The 40 eventually becomes the 138.
- Keep driving until you reach Beaupré, then take the 360 to Château Mont-Sainte-Anne.
