Our holiday villa is only 150 metres from the sea. Our family tradition of hospitality and cookery is over 20 years old.

Our small holiday village, Brodarica, is only 7 km from the historical city of Šibenik, so that injection of culture you may need is not far away.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 14 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

There are lots of fun activities in which to get involved on the beach or you can refresh yourself in the beach bar.
Brodarica, with approximately 2000 villagers, lies in the Middle-Dalmatian Region, only 7 km away from the historical town of Šibenik.
At the other side of Brodarica lies the small island Krapanj, known for its 300-year-old fishing tradition.

By Car:
From Austria or Germany:
- Coming over Slovenia and from the Croatia-Slovenia border, get on the road for Krapina-Zagreb-Split and exit at Šibenik.
By Bus:
Take a bus to Šibenik. A member of the hotel staff can pick you up from here.
By Plane:
Go to Split or Zadar airport. A shuttle service operates from here for an additional charge.
