Dubrovnik Holiday Apartments consist of 2 apartment houses and the Villa Karla.
Neda Apartments are situated at the beach and offer you 4 fully equipped apartments: one for 2 persons and 3 for 4 persons. Mare Apartments offer you 2 also fully equipped apartments, both for 6 persons, and a swimming pool.
Villa Karla accommodates 8 persons on 240m². The whole property is 1000m² in size. Villa Karla offers among other facilities a swimming pool, a sauna, barbecue facilities, several parking spaces and a boat mooring.
It consists of 4 bedrooms (each with double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a living and a dining room, 4 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and an open and a covered terrace.
The swimming pool is open from 1 June until 15 September and is 8 x 5 metres in size and 1,45 metres deep.
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
