Villa Varoš is a stone building that has 3 floors.
We have 8 rooms that are decorated with a modern touch that incorporate the beauty of the old stone building.
There are 6 double rooms and 2 double comfort rooms with an extra bed.
Guests are welcomed into an inviting reception area and checked in with a smile. We are here to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Quick description :
Situated near Diocletian's Palace in one of the oldest parts of Split, this newly renovated stone villa is within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions.
The ferry to the islands is also just 2 km away, so you can easily make a day trip out to Šolta, Brač or Hvar. Alternatively, the beach is not far away, so you could just spend some time lounging on the sand or go and explore the monuments of this UNESCO-listed city.
The air-conditioned rooms are situated over 3 floors, so if you don’t fancy taking the stairs, make sure you request a room on the lower floors.
The hotel can book you a taxi service to the airport or if you are coming by car, you can leave it in the nearby car park, manned 24 hours a day.

The Palace offers many tourist attractions one of which is the cathedral of St. Duje - the guardian of Split and Split's Riva, Prokurative and Peristil - distinctive parts of the city - just few steps away.
Villa Varoš is conveniently located in the center of town where
one can walk to: theater, restaurants, cinema, museums, the
famous Marjan park, and the Diocletian palace and much more.
One can also spend a nice day at the beach which is not far
away. Since we are 2km's away from the boat ferry's one can
plan day trips to a few islands.

How to get to Villa Varos from the ferry terminal, train station and bus terminal.
Walk towards the street named Obala Hrvatskog Narodnog Preporoda Riva and continue walking until the end of the street. Cross over to Sperun and you will see a church on the left corner. Walk straight up and go towards a street named Senjska and make the first turn on the right which is Smojina. Walking distance from the port to the Villa is roughly 15 minutes.
Please note that if you decide to take a taxi, they must go around the city and through the tunnel to reach the hotel.
