Quick description :
Our house is located in the Zlatna luka (Golden Harbour) bay, only 30 metres from the sea and the beach, separated from it only by a local road.
There is plenty of parking space in our garden and rooms and apartments boast superb views to the sea. Every apartment has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite TV. You will enjoy excellent service and we are happy to provide you with any information you need to spend pleasant holidays.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

We recommend to visit the Old Town of Zadar (10 km) with a lot of enchanting historic buildings, many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and boutiques.

Our house is situated near the Marina Dalmacija. The Marina is situated in the very centre of the Adriatic coast and is one of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean and a winner of the Blue Flag.
