The hotel Romance is situated in the spa center of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Hot Spring Colonnade. This romantic Art Nouveau building dating from 1899 was converted into a stylish hotel in 2002, combining spa-town tradition and atmosphere with comfort and quality services.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Food & beverage :
Part of the hotel, the Café-Restaurant Puškin, with a summer terrace, has capacity of around 90 people and serves excellent Czech and international cuisine and coffee.
The restaurant is open from 10:00 until 22:00.
A breakfast buffet is served every morning between 07:30 and 10:30 in the Puškin restaurant.
Half board and Full board are possible for extra charge.

* Three colonnades - The Hot Spring, The Market, and The Mill Colonnade (Vřídelní, Tržní, and Mlýnská kolonáda) - and also other premises, such as The Park Spring Pavilion (Pavilon Sadového pramene). The Colonnades were built for the purposes of quiet walking associated with drinking of thermal water, and are protected against unfavourable weather. They are the centres of meetings of people walking in the fresh air, which was and is a therapy emphasised by many bath doctors.

The hotel is approximately 100 km from Prague’s Ruzyně International Airport. There is an airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel that runs approximately once every hour. Please contact the hotel directly via email for more information. By prior request, the hotel can also arrange a taxi to pick guests up at the airport.
By Air (from Karlovy Vary International Airport):
The hotel is approximately 4 km from Karlovy Vary International Airport There is a local bus that runs regularly from Karlovy Vary International Airport to the hotel. By prior request, the hotel can also arrange a taxi to pick guests up at the airport.
By Bus:
The connection to Prague is very good and buses run from Karlovy Vary to the Czech capital roughly once an hour (and sometimes every half hour). The journey takes approximately 2 – 2.5 hours. By prior request, the hotel can arrange a taxi to pick guests up from the bus station.
By Train:
The hotel is approximately 3 km from the train station. By prior request, the hotel can arrange a taxi to pick guests up from the train station.
By Car (from Cheb):
- From the motorway, turn right before the OMV gas station.
- Cross the bridge at the Becherovka factory.
- Turn right at the intersection.
- Take the second left.
- Pass the underground garage on the left and then turn left.
- Drive up Moskevska street until the end and then turn right, up the hill to Krale Jiriho street.
- Follow the main street. Pass the Russian Church on your left.
- At the crossroads at the small lake, turn left (keep following the main street), past the Bristol Palace hotel on your left.
- After approximately 200 metres, you will see the Hotel Romance, at Trziste 37, opposite the Chateau Spa.
By Car (from Prague):
- After passing the Golf Course in Olsova Vrata, leave the Prague street, turning left on to the old Prague street – towards the spa centre and Grandhotel Pupp.
- Continue on this street until the intersection near the Hotel Imperial.
- Turn left at the intersection.
- Follow the main street down to the intersection by the Parkhotel Richmond.
- Turn right, pass the Grandhotel Pupp, drive through the Divadelni namesti and turn left, crossing the bridge.
- Turn right and up the street.
- The Hotel Romance is directly opposite the Chateau Spa, at Trziste 37.
