If you would like to stay in a spacious apartment in a very tranquil part of Marianske Lazne and experience the atmosphere of a family-owned spa hotel, the SwissHouse is for you.
Situated on the south slope of the Slavkovský Forest Nature Reserve it is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to local restaurants, shops, the casino and the town centre. This romantic Art Nouveau building dating back to the 18th century was converted into a stylish spa hotel in 2007. Accommodating no more than 25 guests at a time, we are able to offer exclusive hotel and spa stays with an individual approach.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
