Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Baby cots are not available.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

By Car:
Exit n° 5 to Arles-Center.
Then, « Port St Louis du Rhône, Barriol ».
After the bridge, there is a traffic circle, go right ahead to « Port St louis du rhône, Mas-thibert” and “Pont Van Gogh on the D35.
The second traffic circle is same.
At the third traffic circle, go on the left, to “Pont Van Gogh. You will see the only red boat near the Van Gogh bridge at around 200meters, Le Boatel.”
By Public Transport:
Bus Line 1 to TREBON. Stop at PONT VAN GOGH.
