The Family-Run hotel - with 2 guest houses – is located in the centre of altenahr.
It is situated just next to the river "ahr" and the local train station is only 50m
away.
Altenahr is the centre of the romantic ahrvally.
It is sourrounded by beautiful vinyards and mountains. Visit the chair lift to the ditschardt mountain, hike along the redwine walking trail, take a bicycle trip along the ahr river or ride the train through the ahrvally.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

At the point where rugged cliffs and vine-clad slopes force the River Ahr into narrow curves lies Altenahr with its surrounding villages Altenburg and Reimerzoven.
Altenahr has long been a popular holiday destination on account of the exellence of its wine and the romantic grandeur of its scenery and today more than ever it offers a haven of peace to stressed city dwellers.
The unique landscape can be explored on the "Red Wine Walking Trail" as well as a further 100km of marked footpaths. There is also a chair lift. The Langfigtal Nature Reserve holds rare flora and fauna while the ruine Are Castle (circa 1100), Kreuzberg Castle (14th C.) and the Romanesque Church (circa 1150) all bear witness to over 1.000 years of history.

Follow Motorway A 61 or A 565 to the intercetion Meckenheim. Exit Altenahr (B 257). Follow the roas for 8 km. Exit Altenahr (left). At the T-junction turn right. After the bridge; the hotel is the 1st house of the left side.
