Our hotel has a quiet situation, directly at the spa gardens. You will reach the cure centre with tourist information, concert garden, reading and creative rooms, as well as the leisure centre "Heißer Brocken", (opening) 21.12.2007, solarium, sauna etc. in a few minutes walk. Town centre 10 minutes.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
