The village of Dedenhausen is surrounded by attractive meadows and horse paddocks. Ancient wall sites and a 300-year-old church with a rare font from the 14th century bear witness to the village's 700-year history. Farmhouses, stables, hiking trails, lakes, cycle paths and much more can be found in the vicinity.

The romantic Erse leisure park lies just a few kilometres away, while our neighbouring town Uetze features a heated outdoor pool with diving platform and paddling pool. In Peine you can visit the world's largest chocolate Father Christmas and enjoy delicious chocolates straight from the factory.
