We offer comfortable non-smoking rooms and a garden with lime trees. Furthermore there is a sunny terrace, ideal for breakfast during summer.
We provide a convenient starting point from which you can set off to the Oktoberfest in Munich, the city of Salzburg, the lakes and castles.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Food & beverage :
Guests can enjoy self-service drinks in the non-smoking lounge on the ground floor, or in the garden surrounded by lime and chestnut trees. We do not have a restaurant, but within only a few minutes' walk there is a variety of restaurants and cafes.
Area information :
The Lindenhof is the ideal place to explore the area on the bicycle or go hiking.
The hotel is located opposite the spa hospital Medical Park Kronprinz, the spa hall and the gallery of the old city hall. There are many traditional and international restaurants and cafés nearby. The adventure pool Prienavera is located directly on the lake and is worth a visit during every season.
Excursion tip:
Boat trip on the lake Chiemsee to the Fraueninsel and the Herreninsel (islands) with visit of the castles Herrenchiemsee of King Ludwig II.
Travel information :
By Train:
Prien train station is only 8 minutes away on foot and provides hourly connections to Munich and Salzburg. Head towards the city centre and at the church, you will see the hotel, 200 metres after Prien Bridge, on the right-hand side.
By Car:
- Take the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway and exit at Bernau.
- Follow the signs to Prien for approximately 4 km and continue straight ahead to Prien's town centre.
- At the traffic lights just before the church, turn left towards Rosenheim.
- Follow this street for approximately 200 metres and turn right after the Prien-Bridge.
