Located on the sunny side of the valley in Reit im Winkl, the guesthouse Bergstüberl awaits your visit.
Just 150 metres away, you find indoor/outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, which are easily accessible on foot. Hiking paths, cross-country ski tracks and ski lifts can be found right outside our front door. Whether you prefer mountain biking, mountain climbing, hiking, horse riding, paragliding, travelling by dinghy, fishing or simply relaxing - our guesthouse is the ideal starting point.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Reit im Winkl is the highest mountain village in the Chiemgau region, and is renowned for its guaranteed snow, which is plentiful each winter. 50 kilometres of prepared ski slopes of various difficulty (some in the Reit im Winkler valley and some on the famous Winklmoos-Alm) together with 80 kilometres of cross-country ski tracks and numerous toboggan runs guarantee an active winter holiday.
In the summer:
The region's beautiful landscape lends itself to hikes and cycle rides. Also possible are riding, golfing, paragliding, journeys by dinghy and much more.
