**Security Measure** The Bali Garden Hotel has introduced a number of new initiatives to increase the Security and Safety of their guests as follows:-
- 2 fulltime plain clothes Indonesian Police
Officers patrolling the Grounds
- 15 fulltime Security Officers covering the entry and exit points and conducting random patrols of the grounds
- We have also install a state of the art CCTV surveillance system, which has been places through out the property, this system in operational and is monitored 24 hours per day
- Two beagle dogs has been trained to patrol the
property
- Ongoing security and awareness training is provided to all staff working at the Bali Garden Hotel
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
