Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Carlow stands where the Barrow and Burren rivers meet. Tradition states that the junction of the 2 rivers once formed 4 lakes. The name 'Carlow' means Four Lakes.

- Go straight through 2 roundabouts at Braun and the B&B is located 900 m on the right, before Topaz service station.
From Waterford:
- Follow the R448 through all traffic lights (3 sets) and under the railway bridge.
- The B&B is 500 m on the left just past Topaz.
By Plane / Sea:
Situated in the South-East of Ireland, Avlon House is approximately 90 km from the ferries and airports of Dublin, Rosslare and Waterford.
