Situated in one of the many holdings which developed from the splitting up of the Lorena estates after the First World War, the farm has distinctive and original surroundings.
Ideal for families, the farm-residence is surrounded by 24 acres of countryside, benefiting from tranquillity and picturesque views over the fields and the animals.
A traditional farm, the owners spend time every year making preserves to be eaten the following year: oil, wine, jams, honey, tomato sauce and vegetable preserves. In addition to this, the farm also produces fruit and meat. You are even invited to pick fruit and vegetables for yourself to take with you on excursions during the day.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

With it's characteristic aromas and genuine flavours, the hotel serves authentic, traditional Italian cuisine.
The restaurants is open for breakfast from 08.30 - 10.00 and for dinner at 20.00.
Dinner is only for guests who have booked for half board accommodation (dinner price is Euro 20,00 per person per meal).

Travel information :
The hotel is in the heart of the Maremma, on the edge of the Regional Park. It is a 1.5 hour drive from Rome and 4.5 hours from Turin or Milan.
By Car:
- Take the Molinaccio exit from the Aurelia main road, which is straight after the Alberese exit.
- Follow the Molinaccio road for approximately 2 km until you find the road signs for Podere Montegrappa, which is located on your left hand side.
The hotel recommend's that you travel by car because it will be very useful to drive to the different tourist attractions.
By Plane:
From Rome Fiumicino Airport:
- Rent a car and drive towards Civitavecchia and then Grosseto by the Aurelia road.
-You will find the Molinaccio exit just next to the Alberese exit.
By Train:
From Grosseto rail station:
- Take the local bus from the station to Alberese.
