Al Cielo Hotel is a small, beachfront boutique hotel situated on peaceful Xpu-Ha Beach, a 20 minute drive from Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 7 years are welcome.
One child from 7 to 18 years is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included.
