The resort provides 205 comfortable rooms of Mexican-Caribbean design in 4 story buildings. The rooms are equipped with either 1 king size bed or two double beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, direct access phone, safety deposit box (with extra charge) and full bathroom with hair dryer.
5 swimming pools, including a pool for children, 6 restaurants, 7 bars including a fully equipped sports bar with full swing golf simulator, disco, fitness centre, 2 tennis courts and kid’s club for children from 4 to 12 years old.
Not included and with an additional charge: on site massage service, scuba dive shop, logo shop, internet access, self service Laundromat, Full swing golf simulator, nearby professional Puerto Aventuras 9 hole golf course.

Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
