Restaurant La Rive, our own Michelin star restaurant is the best in town, boasting a beautiful location overlooking the Amstel River.

Winter closing La Rive: first of January untill the 10th of January 2008.
From the first of January fine dining restaurant La Rive will be closed on Sundays and Mondays. The restaurant will be open from Tuesday until Friday for lunch and dinner, and on Saturdays only for dinner.
The Amstel Bar & Brasserie is a unique place for an informal drink, lunch or dinner, or a late evening supper after a night at the theatre or a concert. Open daily for lunch and dinner. River level, seats 28.
With an excellent wine list and the largest selection of Cuban and other international cigars, a visit to the lounge is an absolute must whilst staying with us. Open daily from 08:00 until 23:30.
