Eva’s Apartment Service offers you a selection of comfortable and safe apartments and suites in a fantastic city centre location with the best possible views across the Amstel River.
Situated in the centre, all of Amsterdam’s main attractions are within walking distance or are just a short tram ride away. You will be within walking distance of the main shopping centre, coffee shops and the entertainment areas; meaning that there is something nearby for all tastes. The apartments are just a few steps away from the famous Rembrandt Square, while the flower market, the red light district and Dam Square are a short walk away.
Once you experience the fantastic value for money accommodation and the excellent location of the apartments then it is likely that you will want to come back. Eva will personally take care of you during your stay and is looking forward to welcoming you.
Neither of the locations have a lift.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 35.00 per day.

The studios and apartments are located on the Amstel river, just behind the Rembrandtplein and near to the flower market. All of Amsterdam's main attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away.
Travel information :
By Public Transport:
- Take a train from Schipol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station.
- From outside the station take tram numbers 4, 9, 24, or 25 for Munt.
- Get off at Muntplien.
There is also a taxi rank in front of the building and a hotel shuttle bus for Vijzelstraat.
