Fully furnished, warmly decorated and equipped with standard modern amenities, the non-smoking studio offers all the conveniences of a private residence. Cosy corners and snug sleeping areas make up a space of 55 m².
This floating home is situated in the popular quarter De Pijp, near many of Amsterdam’s main attractions and surrounded by a wealth of international restaurants and bars. The privileged location, bordering the famous Amstel river, allows guests to admire the picturesque setting from their doorstep.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 175.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
