Guests arriving after 10pm need to specify check in time when booking. Duty manager will greet late arrivals.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of NZD 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
