Valhall As is a Hotel Resort situated on the island of Krøttøy and offers the chance to enjoy dramatic windswept coastline and breathtaking views. Take the opportunity to watch seals, whales and bird life in their natural environment.
The simple accommodation is a newly renovated building that used to be part of a coastal military fort. The 12 double rooms, all of which have private bathroom facilities, and four family rooms have bunks and sleep up to five people and share a large communal bathroom.
This adventure centre is a resort that offers a wide range of nature based experiences in the world's northernmost archipelago. The area is very popular with bird watchers. Remember to take the opportunity to rent a boat, do some deep sea rafting, deep sea fishing or just relax on one of the many sandy white beaches.
Krøttøy is a unique location for observing the Northern Lights. Very little light is emitted from the surrounding environment, which creates ideal conditions for observing the stars and Northern Lights.
Our restaurant caters for up to 30 guests and we allow the seasons to influence our menu
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged NOK 340.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

The in house restaurant offers daily specials of fish, wild meat and beef, providing the opportunity to enjoy a taste of the elegance of Arctic cuisine.
In the bar guests can enjoy the bright summer nights and during winter the aurora lights.

Valhall's unique position on Krottoy island, offers a fantastic transport infrastructure.
Evenes, Harstad and Narvik Airports are only 60 km from the island. Harstad Marina is only 30 minutes by sea and every day several boats depart for Valhall.
