Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Food & beverage :
There are 2 air-conditioned restaurants: Europejska and the more stylish one – Rattanowa. The excellent meals of regional and European cuisine, prepared according to the original recipes of the Chief are served there. All the meals are fresh and prepared on the basis of the best quality products.
For your afternoon coffee we invite you to the hotel terrace or to the Aperitif Bar, while for your night fever we have prepared the “Onufry” Night Club.
Area information :
The hotel is located opposite the restored old town and a marina. We recommend, in particular, taking a trip down the Ostródzko-Elbląski Canal, hovercraft trips to Krynica Morska and Kaliningrad as well as visits to Malbork, Frombork and Gdańsk. The sites worth seeing include: the cathedral (Katedra św. Mikołaja), the Elbląg Museum, the Market Gate and the Peasantry.
