The Diament Hotel is located in the very centre of Katowice, in a historical building of the city. Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, no fee will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
