Hotel Novum is to accommodate guests in double rooms and studios. First floor consists of the lobby and reception area, surrounded by a café, night club and the wellness center.
Restaurant will be located on the second floor, next to the conference rooms with the total area of 430m2.
Third and Fourth floors will be strictly for accommodation. Third floor consists of double rooms, each with a bathroom (with a shower), phone, satellite TV.
Fourth floor consists of air conditioned studios prepared for business clients. The rooms consist of a living area, bedroom and a spacious bathroom.

In 2008 the hotel will acquire another fully-equipped meeting room which will be able to accommodate 180 people. The hotel also offers a trendy bar, free internet access in the rooms and free parking, but there is an airport shuttle.
