Dating from 1886 when it was a summer residence for Otto Von Bismarck, this villa has been completely rebuilt and is considered a pearl of Ustka's architecture.
Situated near the city centre and beach within extensive green grounds, the four-floor building is of a palatial style, with a tower and three terraces overlooking the seaside. The grand design continues in the grounds; there are paved courtyards, fountains, and an accompanying smaller building which is a former stable.

Ustka has been a well-known health resort since the beginning of the 19th century; the numerous sanatoriums offer brine baths and underwater mud bath massages. There are beautiful wide sandy beaches, a stylish promenade with an amphitheatre, marina, hovercraft connection with Bornholm, two piers and many sporting activities. Ustka includes museums as well as other attractions such as the Area Museum, Bread Museum, warehouses and baths as well as Slowinski National Park. This UNESCO protected nature reserve features moving dunes, lakes and forests as well as a variety of birds and mammals.
