All our apartments are very comfortable and clean and have recently been renovated. Our cleaning service is done by our friendly maids who are glad to assist whenever possible.
At our reception there is a very comfortable sitting area where we have a library for our guests to relax and borrow a book.

Novo Rosamar was built in the late 80s and is currently run by the 2nd generation of family owners.
The hotel’s indoor swimming pool (open from June until the end of September) has lots of space where you can chill-out and relax. In the reception is a very comfortable sitting area with a library.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

Area information :
Novo Rosamar is situated in the heart of Armação de Pêra with the beach being one of the cleanest and longest in the Algarve, only 200 metres from the hotel.
The hotel provides convenient access to all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, post office, chemists, local fresh vegetable and fruit and local fish markets, church, restaurants (lots of fresh sea food restaurants) bars and nightclubs.
The old part of town, which has virtually been untouched, has typical Algravian style houses, small streets, quaint family run snack bars and restaurants, plus you can go to the fisherman's beach where you can watch the local fishermen at work or even go out on their boats for a trip to the famous sea caves.

By Car:
On leaving Faro Airport:
-Head in the direction of Lagos.
-Follow signs to the A22 and follow all signs to Portimão and Lagos.
-After 56km you will come to the exit for Armação de Pêra (Alcantarilha).
-Follow signs to Armação de Pêra (5km) from the motorway.
-On the entrance to Armação, go straight ahead until you reach the water fountain roundabout (4th roundabout).
-Turn left.
-At the top of the road the road turns right.
-Follow this road for about 200 metres and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side with 3 palm trees outside.
