Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

By Car:
From Faro Airport:
- Take the A22 in the direction of Spain.
- Take the exit for Tavira (junction 16).
- At the 1st roundabout, head in the direction of Tavira.
- At the 2nd roundabout, head in the direction of Vila Real de Sto António.
- Arriving in Conceição de Tavira, follow the directions for Cabanas de Tavira.
- When arriving at the crossing of downtown Cabanas de Tavira, next to Ria Formosa, turn left and continue towards the end of the street in the direction of the beach.
- There you'll immediately find Casa Viana Guesthouse (the pink house).
