The Café Restaurant
The Café Restaurant takes you around the world with colourful buffets featuring local and international dishes. The breakfast and lunch selections are always tantalizing, but the chefs really outdo themselves on the themed dinners, when Asian, seafood and Lebanese spreads have their own evenings in the spotlight. Friday’s brunch is a local favourite, featuring chef’s stations, oysters, lobster tails and complimentary bubbly.

Texas meets Mexico for a spicy taste fusion in Paloma. Savoury chimichangas, sizzling fajitas and hearty steaks are among the authentic items featured, and you can always count on Tex-Mex staples such as refried beans, guacamole, Mexican rice and warm tortillas. We’ve created our own signature Brazilian Salad made with grilled chicken, roasted sweet corn, mixed romaine, palmito, tomatoes and avocado tossed in a walnut-ginger vinaigrette.
