Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

- Travel for approximately 6 km to Bunyan Street.
- Turn left off the highway, traveling north to Farrarmere on the R23.
- At the 4th traffic light, turn left into Kei Road.
- Turn right into the 1st road which is Klip Street.
- Araluen Cottage is the 1st green roofed house next to the Medicross.
