Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The hotel is ideally situated midway between Cape Town city centre and Bellville, providing easy access to the V&A Waterfront, Cape Winelands, the Table Mountain cable car, Blouberg, Clifton, Campsbay and Houtbay Beaches, as well as Kirstenbosch and Chapmans Peak. The apartments are situated across from Africa's largest shopping centres such as Canal Walk with 40 restaurants, 21 cinemas and 400 shops on the other side of the canal.
From the Island Club you can take a gondola ride to Intaka Wetland Bird Sanctuary, Century City's award-winning conservation wetlands. The Island Club won the top development award in South Africa for 2005.

From Cape Town international airport:
- Take the N2 towards Cape Town.
- Turn right onto the M7 for Vanguard Drive.
- Continue for 8.47 km.
- Turn left onto the N1 motorway towards Cape Town.
- Continue for approximately 2.5 km.
- Take the Sable Road exit.
- Continue for 2 km, then turn right at the lights and immediately left at the Colosseum.
- At the roundabout turn right, continue to the stop sign and report to security.
