Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the
direction of the city centre.
- Exit at the Liesbeek Parkway turnoff and turn left onto Liesbeck
Parkway.
- The road turns into Campground and then Palmyra.
- Continue for about 6 km, until you reach the traffic lights.
- Continue on Landsdowne Road.
- Turn right onto 1st Avenue after about 300 metres.
- Coming from the city centre, take the N2 in the direction of the airport.
- Take the Liesbeek Parkway turnoff and turn right onto Liesbeek
Parkway.
