Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Travel information :
By car:
- Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town.
- Continue until you road inclines.
- Stay in the left-hand lane and take the M3 South to Muizenberg.
- After approximately 5 km, turn right onto the M63 (direction of
Kirstenbosch) at the traffic lights.
- Follow the road until you reach Constantia Nek,
- Turn right, direction of Hout Bay, at the roundabout.
- Proceed downhill.
- Close to the bottom of the hill you will see signs directing you to the
lodge.
- Turn right onto Disa River Road and continue until you reach the
T-junction.
- Tarragona Lodge is the large white building immediately in front of you.
- Turn right and immediately left into the driveway.
