Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 8 years are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 35.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Travel information :
By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction
of Cape Town.
- Take the Muizenberg exit (M3), direction of Rondebosch/Claremont.
- Once on the M3, drive past the university of Cape Town.
- Turn right onto Rhodes Drive at the traffic lights.
- Follow the signs directing you to Kirstenbosch/Hout Bay.
- Continue on Rhodes Drive, past Kirstenbosch and up Constantia Nek.
- At the bottom of Constantia Nek is a roundabout.
- Continue straight ahead (Main Road), all the way into Hout Bay.
- Follow Main Road and continue straight ahead at the 1st roundabout in
Hout Bay.
- Turn right onto Princess Street at the 2nd roundabout.
- Pass Mainstreet Shopping Centre and the entrance of The Beach Club
on your left.
- The guest house is after about 500 metres on your left-hand side.
