Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 275.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Travel information :
By Car:
On the N2 from Grahamstown towards Port Elizabeth:
- Take the M4 Settlers Way exit to the left.
- Head straight on down the M4 towards the airport.
- Drive straight across the traffic lights.
- Walmer Boulevard Road becomes Heugh Road, which becomes Buffelsfontein Road, which becomes Seaview Road.
- Take the Kini Bay Village exit to the left into Kini Bay Sweep.
- Where the road makes a fork, turn left into Kini Bay Sweep.
- At the T-junction, turn left into Seaway Drive.
- The lodge is the 5th house on your right: number 15 Seaway Drive approximately 500 metres from the Kini Bay turn-off.
- The lodge is an A-frame house which features many north folk pine trees.
On the N2 from Graaff/Reinet/Grahamstown/Port Elizabeth towards Jeffery's Bay/Cape Town:
- Take the Seaview exit to the left.
- At the stop, turn left on the M15 towards Seaview.
- Head straight through Colleen Glen and Seaview.
- Take the Kini Bay Village exit to the right into Kini Bay Sweep.
- Where the road makes a fork, turn left into Kini Bay Sweep
- Then follow the instructions above.
