Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 2 years are welcome.
Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged ZAR 1080.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Ideally located 2 hours from Johannesburg and 90 minutes from Sun City, Mabula Private Game Reserve is a malaria free private game reserve spread over an extensive area containing the Big Five.

The landing strip coordinates are: latitude 24 degrees, 44 minutes, 94 seconds south.
Longitude: 27 degrees, 55 minutes, 46 seconds east.
By Car:
- Take the N1 north past Pretoria.
- Take the Warmbaths exit and follow the Rooiberg/Thabazimbi road for 34 km
- Turning right into the gravel road to Mabula.
