This lodge is situated in the suburb of Milnerton on the eastern shore of Table Bay, close to a golf course, beach and 11 km from Cape Town city centre.
The lodge is conveniently located in Milnerton, a green, quiet and safe residential zone not too far away from the well-known Sunset Beach that stretches northwards to Blaauwberg beach, the perfect place for surfers with its variety of sporting activities and fantastic views of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Robben Island. The hotel is also a short drive from the airport and the largest shopping centre in Africa which includes an extensive array of shops, entertainment facilities and eating places.
This friendly and charming residence features a homely atmosphere and houses functionally furnished, comfortable and contemporary accommodation with traditional ethnic touches, as well as offering a range of modern amenities to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 14 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Area information :
This beach is about 40 kilometer (25 miles) long and very popular for tanning, swimming and long walks. It is ideal for surfing, kiting and other water sports, and a paradise for surfers because of wind conditions. The beach is famous for great views of Cape Town, Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Robben Island.
We are about 11 km (6.5 miles) away from the city centre of Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden is about the same distance beyond the city centre. Cape Town International Airport is a 20 minutes drive from the guest house.
Only a few minutes drive away you will find Canal Walk, the largest shopping centre in Africa. More than 400 shops and lots of restaurants are located there for your entertainment.

By Car:
From Cape Town international airport:
- Head towards Cape Town on the N2 motorway.
- Take exit number 9 towards Milnerton/Paarl and you will be on the M5.
- Follow the road all the way to Milnerton, staying in the right-hand lane until you pass under a bridge at an interchange.
- Follow the signs for Milnerton/Paarl, then change to the left-hand lane on top of the next bridge to continue to Milnerton on the M5.
- At the traffic lights at the end of the motorway, head straight on into Koeberg Road.
- Follow Koeberg Road for 5.5 km until you see a large tall building, Millpark Centre, on the left.
- Before this building, turn left into Ixia Road.
- Follow this road for 1.1 km and after a sharp left curve, turn left into Ascot Road.
- You will find us after a few metres on the right-hand side at number 83.
From Cape Town city centre:
- Between the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town International Convention Centre, CTICC, enter the motorway and follow the N1 towards Paarl/Bellville.
- Take exit number 4 for Paarden Eiland towards Milnerton/Table View/West Coast on the R27.
- Just follow the road beyond a commercial area and you will enter a residential area.
- Carry on until you seen an open grassy area next to the lagoon on the left, then move into the right-hand lane.
- At the traffic lights with the bridge on the left, turn right into Loxton Road.
- Immediately afterwards, turn left into Ascot Road.
- Follow Ascot Road for approximately 2.2 km and you will find us on the left-hand side at number 83.
