Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged ZAR 220.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

By Car:
From Cape Town:
- Take route 62 and turn right into the Mosselbay R328.
- Drive 8 km, passing Safari Ostrich show farm, over the Olifants River Bridge and up a hill.
- Turn right into Mooiplaas, there is a sign on the left.
- Drive 1.6 km and the guesthouse will be on your left.
From George/Knysna:
- Drive into Oudtshoorn and turn left at the 1st traffic lights.
- On the R62, turn left towards Mossel bay on the R328.
- Then follow the instructions above.
