Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.

- Turn right onto Buitekant Street.
- Continue ahead until you reach Lavender House on the corner of
Buitekant and Church Street.
- Coming from Cape Town, enter Oudtshoorn via Voortrekker Road.
- Continue until you reach Buitekant Street.
- Turn left onto Buitekant Street and continue ahead until you can see
Lavender House on your left-hand side (corner of Buitekant and Church
Street).
- Coming from George, enter Oudtshoorn via Langenhoven Road.
- Continue straight ahead for about 2 km, until you reach the traffic
lights.
- At the traffic lights turn left onto Voortrekker Road.
- Follow the road until you reach Buitekant Street.
- Turn right onto Buitekant Street and continue ahead until you reach
Lavender House (corner of Buitekant and Church Street).
