Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 91 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

St James was the first resort area developed by the British in the early 1900s due to its year-round balmy climate, Mediterranean sunshine and warm sea. Rock pools are full of marine life and pristine white-sand beaches provide ideal conditions for surfers and whale watching.
Tennis, seaside walks, jogging paths and sea kayak-launching are available very close to the villa.

By Car
From Cape Town International Airport:
- Take the N2 towards Cape Town.
- As you approach Table Mountain take the M3 turn-off towards Muizenberg.
- Stay on the M3 to the very end of the highway and turn left.
- At the traffic light T-junction you will be at the main road. Turn right.
- Stay on the main road and you will travel through Lakeside and Muizenberg.
- You should arrive in the St James area with the ocean on your left. Look out for property numbers.
- Villa St James is number 36 on the right-hand side.
- Look for 3 tall palm trees.
From Cape Town CBD:
- Take the N2/M3 towards Muizenberg.
- Stay on the M3 to the very end of the highway and turn left.
- At the traffic light T-junction you will be at the main road. Turn right.
- Follow as above.
